Mission

Our development mission is to transform properties in need of renovation and rejuvenation into highly profitable assets. We handle everything related to the property, from securing financing to managing the entire renovation process. Our approach relies on making infrequent bets with high returns. When the right opportunity comes along, we make sure to seize it.

Core

At our core, we identify and acquire smaller apartments in need of renovation. Smaller apartments offers higher returns, on top of that, the timeline for each project is kept at a minimum. We aid the investor in securing financing for both the purchase and renovation, typically covering around 60-70% of the total costs. This approach allows us to maximize returns while minimizing investor capital exposure. While our services are aimed towards the property, the investor retains ownership throughout the entire process.

Value proposition

  • Full-Service Management: We take care of every aspect of property management, including legal documentation, architectural design, remodeling, and renovation. While we enlist the services of an architect, we handle the construction work internally.

 

  • Rental Income Option: In the event that a property does not sell immediately, we explore profitable rental options
